|Recommended: YesLike it — It's very quiet and peaceful. The only thing I don't like is the amount of dog feces I smell near my apartment, and I have no dog. Other than that, I like the area.
|Recommended: YesNice place to start out life, in Columbus — Some staff will go above and beyond and others are obviously fake friendly and will make excuses. So, it all depends on who is working, as to how your service will be. Also, as soon as you have a great person in the office or maintenance- they will probably get sent to work at a different property. Woodruff, that owns Club Hill, is HUGE.
We got stuck without a c, moving here, in the heat of August. Maintenance had to come over and over, until they finally determined that they needed to replace the a c unit. The seasoned maintenance man and another didn't want to listen to the newbie, even though the new guy had hvac experience, so we had to live miserably uncomfortable for 20 days. Club Hill partially prorated us for those days but didn't do a full prorate. I'm not sure why.
Also, while the grounds are kept in good condition, the doggy poop bags are often out of stock but all of the plants and scenery are beautiful We love walking through the foresty area.
This is a nicer apartment section in Columbus but definitely not the nicest. We found, after moving, that there is still significant crime here, and have since adjusted accordingly. They say there's a 24 7 security guard but I have never seen one.
As far as the neighbors- that is dependent on who you live near. We try to be very respectful neighbors and are mindful in everything that we do. For the most part, the apartments are quite structurally sound and keep out a good portion of noise. We hear our neighbors frequently, but that's because they're constantly fighting. Not everyone is like that.
It really all depends on what you're looking for, what you're willing to compromise on and how much you can afford. Club Hill is nice, if you're starting out and can afford it and it is in a great location.

|Recommended: YesOne of the best for the price — Some of the workmanship is below par. The paint is fairly jacked up. The faucets and lighting is cheap. The sprinklers get kind of annoying. Half of them are just spraying the parking lot and vehicles. Otherwise no complaints.
|Recommended: YesGreat property could be upgraded some, I love the layout and Quiet place — I like living here it is quiet and my apartment is big for a one bedroom. Parking is right by my building. It is quiet. The apartment could use some updating but overall everything is nice. It is close to many things. Maintenance was slow at fixing things at first I had to call all the time but lately they have been doing better. The staff is always friendly even if they are unsure of how to handle a situation. Overall I like living here and I don't plan on moving.

|Recommended: YesFeels Like Home — The leasing staff are always helpful and friendly. The two pools are so nice to have in the summer. Maintenance problems are always handled quickly and professionally. Plus, we love the layout and patio in our apartment

|Recommended: NoQuiet Community. However, issue with ground upkeep, staff, sub-par construction, and rental payment issues — The community is quiet and the grounds are nice with an array of beautiful flowers. It appears to be a safe environment for the families that occupy the units. However, I feel there is improvement needed with the staff mainly in the office , construction, the upkeep of the grounds, and the new system as to how rent is paid.
The office staff have not responded to any messages left via the automated system in the past. It is very rare that you can reach staff members without multiple calls. I had a question about the new rent procedure and it took me three days to speak with someone about my question. Also, the staff does not follow through on promises. I was promised that the payment fee of 20.00 would be reimbursed due to the system was charging a fee to process online payments beginning of 2015. The staff member went on to say that the office was aware of the issue and was working with the company that processed the payments. So a credit would be offered due to the known issue. I never heard anything else about the credit.
I feel that the quality of the building is sub-par for the amount of rent that is paid. I have flat paint in my apartment except the bathrooms and kitchen that is a magnet for stains. Due to the paint choice, I cannot wash the walls to remove the stains because the paint washes off with it, even with mild soap and water. There is rotten wood on my patio area due to age and weathering that has been the same since I moved in. I am fearful that my young visitors may get splinters.
I have noticed in the past couple of months an increase in litter around the community. As mentioned above, the landscaping is beautiful. However, something must be done about the influx of litter around the area.
Lastly, I am not a fan of the new method used to pay rent. I feel that if the residents are forced to use online billing, no fee should be charged to do so.
|Recommended: YesPerfect — Have had no issues. Maintnance is great. The grounds are clean and kept up and the office staff is so nice. It's quiet and peaceful.
