|Recommended: NoPerson — It's okay besides the thin think walls I can hear everything both my neighbors are doing , and my closet doors keep falling off . And they was supposed to fix my leak in my ceiling but it still leaked when it rains .
|Recommended: YesOverall Great Experience. — Excellent staff and maintenance team that will go well above to ensure a quality and pleasant experience. This community is situated near Columbus State University and boasts beautiful landscaping along with a laundry facility and swimming pools. I would recommend anyone looking for a better experience to try out ClubHIll Apts.

|Recommended: YesCozy, clean and comfortable — I was anxious about selling my house and moving closer to my family but am grateful that I remembered Club Hill from a past co-worker. I like it and recommend it to any age group. There's something for everybody here.

|Recommended: YesGood apartments — The apartments are good but the only problem is the security.
|Recommended: YesI think the property can use a little sprucing up,the buildings have holes, and the tile on the roofs are peeling — I will tell them how quite it is most of the time, now there is loud music played ,but not all of the time. Music is lowered and turned off at a decent hour. The people that live here are not to neighborly but will speak upon passing, but over all its an okay place to live.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance — The maintenance man Mr. Jimmy just came and fixed our toilot and i couldnt be more pleased He was so nice and professional, he didnt just fix it, he showed me the problem in detail and then explained to me how he was going to fix it. Of all the places ive lived not once have i had such a good experience that i felt inclined to share Thank you Mr. Jimmy

|Recommended: YesOutstanding — This is a great place to live. I have had no problems. A huge improvement over my last apartment complex as it was a disaster. The manager Carol and her staff are outstanding and work extremely hard to make this a beautiful and great place to live. This is a office staff that is not only efficient, but cares about the property and their residents. I would without a doubt recommend this property to anyone looking for a apartment.

|Recommended: YesGreat property, phenomenal staff — Very nice property, well maintained. Convenient to the rails to trail as well as shopping and dining. Maintenance is knowledgeable and fixes any issues in a timely and professional manner. The office staff are outstanding ladies. They are always smiling and very friendly, and always willing to help with an issues you may have, quickly, and with minimal to no inconvenience to the resident. They are always in constant communication with residents, and always keeping us in the loop about what they are doing to make this property the best it can be. My family and i are very happy living here.

|Recommended: YesNice community — Overall it's a nice complex to live in. The staff is much nicer than the previous complex we were staying in which is one of the main reasons I decided to move here. My neighbors are nice and keep to themselves for the most part. I play the piano and a lot of times my sisters and I can get kinda loud when rehearsing but my neighbors have welcomed it and have had no complaints thus far. My only complaint is that our unit could stand for a update in appliances and cabinets but that's about it. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend and I have done so several times.

|Recommended: NoWorst property manager — The property manager is extremely rude and does not have good coustumer service. She never introduces herself and tends to interrogate people.

|Recommended: YesOk place — Maintenance is very slow, and a lot of the residents tend to liter, leave their trash outside of their door, and do not pick up after their dogs. Management has sent out letters about these problems but yet they still continue to do so.
