submitted by Angela C. - |Recommended: YesLease 12 months — I personally loved living here. A nice variety of cultures. Not a large complex rather small which I enjoyed greatly. I have a support animal and they have been very accepting and loving of her. My only complaints is the dog poop everywhere I pick up after my girl and I don’t care if it’s raining, I picked it up. The pond diffidently need’s to be treated. Adding carp and algae eating fish to start the cleaning process. When I was married we lived on a large “lake” pond in my eyes. And it was stocked, carp and algae care added with 3 filters that circulated with water. It’s very peaceful at my apartment was right in front of the waterfall night because I can hear the waterfall working, trying to irrigate and provide positive oxygen. Durning the day it’s a thick deep green. Close the blinds kind of water. However, the new office staff is working diligently to get all of this stuff taken care of. No doubt about that The maintenance guys friendly outgoing and do their best. Clubhill is on its way up and it will be a success story. Loved living there and the people. I’m moving out of state or I would have renewed my lease. Peaceful place to call home for sure. T03 Angela Coppock…2025-2026

The management and staff are exceptional—always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Anytime I've had a question or a maintenance request, they've been incredibly quick to help. It's a huge relief to know any issues will be handled professionally and promptly. They truly make this feel like home.

submitted by Denise S. - |Recommended: NoDenise Schram R2 — Moved in Aug 22 with a broken washer with water in it, it is now Oct 5th with 3 work orders for the washer and absolutely no communication from the property manager or maintenance and when I sent an email asking on the status of the work order they did not reply and made another work order

I’m starting to feel more at home the more things are being fix and taken care of Thank you so much for making my move in process great. Only downfall is my ceilings that never got repainted when it was repaired but I’m managing. There still be noises after 10 pm from loud dogs too but hopefully it’s better.

submitted by Theresa L. - |Recommended: YesMaintenance Crew — Russell is the complete BEST I have lived here for 5 years now and one of the biggest reason I always renew my lease is because of Maintenance We all know how maintenance can be at some complexes but Russell is the best if he doesn't know what the problem is he will figure it out and make sure you are comfortable. I completely enjoyed my years at Clubhill. I want to thank all the managers that I worked for Jasmine, Lori, Chelsea and the current manager Candace. I also want to thank Russell the maintenance supervisor. It is with regret that I moved, but it was my time and I needed a place for my dogs to play. I will always remember my time at Clubhill and appreciate everything that they did for me. I may be moved, but I still will go by from time to time to see how they are doing. I will miss you guys. I can’t get anything fixed properly and they come in my house without telling me and don’t leave a note and then don’t communicate that my issues have been fixed already. And the staff in office when I tell them that just say he said he told you. And laugh at me.

Bonus of being within walking distance of Columbus State University. The overall living quality is great, the management is more than willing to be there for their tenants.
