Are utilities included in rent?
No, residents are responsible for paying water, electricity, and gas. Club Hill provides an onsite trash compactor for convenient waste disposal.
Are you a gated community?
No, we are not a gated community.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
No, all of our apartments are unfurnished.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, we allow up to two pets per apartment. All pets must pass our pet screening process. Please contact our office for details on breed restrictions and any applicable fees.
Do you have assigned parking?
No, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for residents and their guests.
Are guests allowed at the pool?
Yes, each household may have up to two guests in the pool area.
Do you have a fitness center?
No, we do not have a fitness center. However, our community is located along the Columbus Rails to Trails, offering a scenic trail for walking, running, and biking.
