|Recommended: NoCheaper than others, but you get what you pay for. — Usually only one pool is open, leaving the one open pool crowded. Maintenance always requires multiple requests to come, even in emergent situations. Yards are well maintained, and except for one person the office is always very friendly and helpful. Great access to the running trail, never any litter on the grounds, and there's always places to park.
|Recommended: YesAPARTMENT — So far I've been living at Club HIll since December and have enjoyed. Have apartment that has great view of the lake. Only done fall is living below someone who has kids sounds like they are coming thru my apartment. Usually very quiet with exception of upstar neighbors. Just have to remind them someone lives below them. Staff have been excellent. Very convient to CSU, rails to trails and anywhere in Columbus.
|Recommended: YesNice, pretty quiet place to live — It's nice. Pretty quiet. Not a whole lot of amenities for the price. Close to many shops. The playground could be better.
|Recommended: YesFairly decent — Location is great and that's what you're paying for. Clean apt when I moved in and no bug or mold issues. Staff can be hard to reach at times and will not be prompt in returning any calls. Not rude or anything, just busy or not really caring I imagine. If you don't have crappy neighbors that are loud then you'll be fine.
|Recommended: YesI think the property is ok. — I would say it's ok. I don't feel safe because I do not have light on my patio and my gate does not have a lock to it.
|Recommended: YesAncient Apartment — If the neighbors are having a conversation I can hear them directly through the walls. My kids bikes were stolen and the charge of an additional $150 just because I do not want to renew my lease is crap!! Ive seen more epidodes of cops in this complex than on the east side of columbus. We will not get started on the leaking roof that it took weeks to fix, the carpet that two weeks after I moved in I could tell was shampooed with peroxide (which hides the stain for a while until it resurfaces), everything in the apartment is ancient, the fact that the ceilings have brown leak spots that seem to not be a problem . You do not place paint over a problem... it does not fix it!!! I can forget being comfortable in the summer because the air conditioning unit does not help at all upstairs therefore it is about 65 degrees downstairs and 90 upstairs and a $300-400 to half way cool the apartment. Oh wait and get this... You can no longer pay your rent in the office it has to be paid online... in which they charge THIRTY THREE DOLLARS!!!!
|Recommended: YesLiveable — The neighbors are too loud, the pest control SUCKS but otherwise it is a great location if you are a college student attending CSU.
|Recommended: YesGreat atmosphere and location! — Love the location! It is centralized in Columbus and CSU, the mall, Publix, and a Walmart are all just a short distance. Grounds are nicely kept and office staff are super friendly. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. The lake is nice for an afternoon stroll, as is the rails to trails which borders the property. Pools are a great added bonus in the hot summer. We have really enjoyed Club Hill and don t have any complaints.
