|Recommended: YesI think the property outside or the grounds are nice but the inside of the property really need an update for the amount of money that is being paid monthly — I would tell them it's over priced for the way the inside of the apartments are.

|Recommended: YesLoved it — The management team is incredibly resourceful, kind, understanding and caring. I enjoyed my stay there as well as felt safe. My child loved the neighborhood and pool.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place — The staff have been really helpful , especially Carol, and the maintenance staff has always responded quickly . I've made some great friends among the neighbors in the last six years. I loved walking my dog around the lake path. It can be real tranquil at times, especially in the spring when the ducklings are on the lake and the brushes are all in bloom. I would highly recommend this place.

|Recommended: YesI would recommend living here. — The single bedroom apartments are quite spacious. The balcony is very nice as well. The apartments are older but most are remodeled and if any ever becomes an issue maintenance promptly fixes the problem if a request is submitted. It's also centrally located to everything and within walking distance to campus. These apartments are a great value.

|Recommended: YesClub Hill Apartments — Very quiet and nice. Neighbors are very friendly and staff is great Parking is never an issue. Anytime something breaks or messes up, maintenance is on the job very quick. Overall, I love my club hill experience. Have never had an issue.

|Recommended: YesAlmost Great — So far almost everything is great. however, the heating system is wacky so be prepared to payout a lot more for your power bill because you will have to purchase an electric heater.
