I agree with other viewers it would be nice for every renewal they don't want to go up on your rent. Unsure how they do water bill, but it goes up month after month.

However fast forward now I feel as if I should be looking elsewhere and I've been quite flexible when it came to certain important maintenance issues. The amount I pay has gone up without any perks of renewing lease. Nonetheless I hope they do reinvest funds in updates inside the units or at least offer carpet cleaning 4 every time a renter renews lease or 20 dollars off rent 4 renewing not a constant increase especially if no benefits are offered.

submitted by Colin H. - |Recommended: YesQuiet but Exciting — Living here is honestly not bad. It’s usually quiet here and since I’ve been here I’ve never had to make a noise complaint or have someone complain on me. The neighbors are nice and so is the staff. Say hello to them once in awhile.
